The Yoga stretching (also called Gravity yoga or Science of Stretching) is a mat-based, targeted mobility method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. Focus on wrists, shoulders, hips, back, hamstrings and ankles. Passive stretching (holding a pose at least 2 minutes).

Useful props we mainly use: yoga blocks, strings or sticks.

Ideal for everybody who wants to gain flexibility for her/his/x every day's life.

All level, all age group are welcome.
