Kanga Yoga is a style of yoga that combines techniques from Ashtanga (heating, one flow, one breath), Iyengar (focus on alignment and breathing in the pose), and Sivananda (focus on relaxation). Bring your own mat. Blocks are optional if you have them. Also bring a strap (yoga strap, a belt or a non-stretching scarf/ t-shirt).
