This class is HIIT based and a cardio boost which finishes with a good old stretch! 60 Mins. 5 mins warm up, 45 minutes working, 10 mins wind down.
The idea of this class is to work multiple muscle groups whilst training endurance and using high intensity interval training. It's a good cardiovascular booster!
Suitable for ALL levels, exercise can be adapted for all levels. I am used to working with injuries but I am not qualified to give medical advice.
Needed: Towel, water, mask for arrival and leaving. Max 15 people during Corona measures.
Rules: Wear your mask & follow social distancing rules until class begins. Train separately and spaced out. Mask not obligatory during work out.
