Max 12 people during Corona measures. Please bring a mat!

Together we will work on the muscles you've used during a busy week, release any tension in the body and give you a softened mentality to head into the weekend. I will also guide you through some relaxing breathing. Music (my own playlist) will also provide a good distraction and hopefully you will leave feeling refreshed!

If you train a lot, are a climber or just have a lot of stress, you'll enjoy this hour!

The stretches and flow can be completed by beginners and advanced options will be shown.

Needed: Towel, water, mask for arrival & leaving, a mat.

Rules: Please wear your mask & follow social distancing rules until class begins. Train separately and spaced out. Mask not obligatory during work out.
